Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

New subscribers are eligible for a 30‑day free trial of GOSHEN TV. During the trial, you have full access to our video library at no cost. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

2. Monthly Subscription

After the free trial, a small monthly fee is charged for continued access. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Fees are non‑refundable except as expressly provided in this Policy.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings on our website or by emailing us at GOSHENTV1@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

4. Refund Eligibility

Because GOSHEN TV is a digital streaming subscription with instant access, subscription fees are generally non‑refundable. However, you may request a refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged after cancelling before the end of your billing period;
• You were charged in error or a duplicate charge occurred;
• The Service was materially unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge, with supporting details, to GOSHENTV1@gmail.com.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. No Refund for Partial Use

We do not issue refunds or credits for partial use of a billing period, except where required by applicable law. Cancelling mid‑cycle allows continued access until the period ends, with no further charges.

7. Downloaded Content

Content downloaded during your subscription remains accessible only for as long as your subscription is active, in accordance with our content licensing. Upon cancellation, downloaded content may no longer be playable.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
