These Terms of Service govern your use of GOSHEN TV, Africa's Christian Video‑on‑Demand platform operated by PERIGON CONSULT LTD.
By creating an account, subscribing, or using GOSHEN TV (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. The Service is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of all the terms set out herein.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account and subscribe. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access.
GOSHEN TV offers a 30‑day free trial for new subscribers, after which a small monthly fee is charged for continued access to our video library. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
We may change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings on our website or by emailing us at GOSHENTV1@gmail.com. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of that period.
All films, documentaries, videos, artwork, and other content available on GOSHEN TV are licensed to PERIGON CONSULT LTD for streaming to our subscribers. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to stream and download content solely for your personal, non‑commercial, household use.
You may not copy, redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform, sell, rent, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service. Unauthorized use may violate copyright and other laws and may result in immediate termination of your account.

GOSHEN TV provides faith‑based and family‑friendly content curated for its Christian focus. We strive to ensure all content is wholesome and uplifting, but we do not guarantee that every title will suit every viewer. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review content before allowing children to watch.
We aim to provide the Service uninterrupted, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error‑free. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or loss of access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PERIGON CONSULT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PERIGON CONSULT LTD is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
